Your Privacy Is Important
Your privacy is very important to Olin Business Solutions (OBS). Outside of third-party vendors that OBS uses to provide the services you engaged OBS to perform for you (eg Texting Service, Tax-Prep Software), We do not share or sell any information (including SMS messages and phone numbers) obtained from you with anyone!
What Information We Collect
OBS is in the business of providing accounting and data management services to our clients. We will from time to time need to collect information from you to complete the tasks you engaged OBS to perform (eg Tax return information, accounting information, etc). The information is used to complete the tasks you engaged OBS to perform and stored on a local server that has remote services turned off. The server is backed up to an online backup service. As the client, you can dictate to OBS how you would like to send and receive information (eg Texting, Emailing, Voice Phone calls, Messaging with Pic attachments, snail-mail, bringing/picking-up your paper work to/from my office, having me pick-up/deliver paperwork from/to your office, etc)
Requesting Copies of Your Information
If you ever want copies of the information we have stored, you just need to request it & we will make arrangements for the data to be delivered to you.
