Cash Deals
The following forms are REQUIRED by state and federal law for cash deals:
- Retail Purchase Agreement / Vehicle Purchase Order Make sure to use an original form. You can purchase these from the AADA or the AIADA (see Internet Links).
- Buyer's Guide The originals have a peel-back tape adhesive so that you can display these in the windows of all your inventoried vehicles.
- Title (Proof of Ownership)
- Title & Registration Application
- Secure Odometer Statement Make sure to use an original form. You can purchase these from the AADA or the AIADA (see Internet Links).
- Power of Attorney
In addition to the above required forms, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you also use the following additional forms for cash deals:
- Implied Warranty Merchantability Disclosure This form should be part of every sale.
- Delivery Confirmation This form should be part of every sale.
- Good Will Repair Achnowledgement This form would be used if you agree to fix the customers car at no charge. It is very important to use this form; because if you do not, you could be responsible for fixing everything that goes wrong with vehicle at no charge for the rest of the vehicles life.

In addition to the above forms the following forms may also be required:
- Federal Form 8300 This is a federal form and is required when ever the total cash received exceeds $10,000.
- Arizona Form 5000. Non-Resident Sale. This form is used when ever you sell a vehicle to a non-resident.
- Arizona Form 5010. Indian National Sale. This form is used when ever you sell a vehicle to an indian national.
